I'm a designer at heart, but I've always been drawn to the building side of things too.

Right now I work independently across design, code, and product, taking ideas from 0 to 1 and figuring out how they should look, work, and reach people. I'm particularly interested in the space between design engineering, product design, and product marketing.

Before working independently, I've worked across creative and product teams, from building visual identities and content systems to designing digital experiences and helping products communicate better.

I care about craft, though not in a precious way. I notice when something feels slightly off, and I like figuring out why. Good design, to me, is usually somewhere between thoughtful and useful.

When I'm not working, I'm probably collecting visual references, exploring a new idea, taking photos around Arusha, or planning the next thing I want to build.
